Cre100do.es is an initiative promoted by the Círculo de Empresarios, in conjunction with ICEX and the Fundación Innovación Bankinter. Its aim is to assist in the growth of medium-sized Spanish enterprises as a driver of the national economy and creator of qualified employment. To date, 14 prestigious institutions have joined.
Those economies with large, more international businesses are more productive and innovative and are better at attracting talent. Moreover, they have greater capacity for business survival and ensuring stability of employment in times of crisis.
Over the coming 5 years, Cre100do.es will help 100 major medium-sized businesses with great potential to become large corporations, through efforts in innovation, competitiveness, productivity and internationalization. The initiative will annually select between 15 and 25 businesses with a turnover of between 25 and 250 million Euro, to help them multiply their turnover in 5 years, becoming 100 new Large Corporations. The selection will be made in sectors in which the positive impact of these businesses can have a multiplier effect, applying criteria that enable an evaluation the growth potential of the businesses.
Cre100do.es wishes to achieve its goal by adding ideas, resources and talent, in collaboration with leading companies that will demonstrate best practice and with renowned professionals to whom solely large corporations usually have access.
Companies such as Accenture, AFI, Amadeus, AT Kearney, Bankinter, Deloitte, ESADE, Ferrovial, Garrigues, IBM, IESE, McKinsey, Ramón y Cajal and Telefónica signed up to Cre100do.es, Cre100do.es at its launch.
The initiative is open to participation by other companies and foundations, as well as professionals and experts, whether Spanish or otherwise.
